Privacy Policy

Advent does not disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to third parties other than as described below.

Advent collects information about clients (such as their name, address, social security number, assets and income) from discussions with clients, from documents that clients may deliver to us and in the course of providing advisory services. Advent may use this information to provide advisory services, to open an account for clients, to process a transaction for client accounts or otherwise in furtherance of our business. In order to service accounts and effect transactions, Advent may provide personal information to firms that assist us in servicing client accounts and have a need for such information, such as a broker or administrator. Advent may also disclose such information to service providers and financial institutions with whom advent has joint marketing arrangements. Advent requires third party service providers and financial institutions with which Advent has joint marketing arrangements to protect the confidentiality of client information to them. Advent does not otherwise provide information about clients to outside forms, organizations or individuals except to Advent's attorneys, accountants and auditors and as permitted by law.

Advent restricts access to nonpublic personal information about clients to our employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to them. Advent maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard client's personal information.
