Tracy V. Maitland
Mr. Maitland serves as President and Chief Investment Officer of Advent Capital Management, LLC. Prior to founding Advent, Mr. Maitland was a Director in the Convertible Securities Department in the Capital Markets Division at Merrill Lynch. As the major distribution link between investors and issuers, Mr. Maitland leveraged Merrill Lynch’s preeminent position in convertibles to create a unique advantage in investing and trading in the convertible market. Mr. Maitland advised institutions on investing in specific convertible issues in their respective convertible, fixed income and equity portfolios. The extensive investment knowledge that Mr. Maitland developed during his 13 year tenure at Merrill Lynch inspired him to found Advent Capital Management, LLC in order to satisfy the growing demand for investment expertise in convertible securities and other parts of the capital structure that are influenced by convertible valuations, such as high yield and bank debt.
Mr. Maitland serves on the Board of Trustees for the Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School and is Chairman of the Board for an Advent publicly traded closed-end fund (NYSE: AVK). He is a member of the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) Council, where he primarily focuses on legislative affairs, and previously served on the Boards of the ASPCA, Columbia Board of Visitors, the Apollo Theater, the Managed Funds Association (MFA), and the Studio Museum of Harlem. Tracy has also worked closely with Icon Mann, an organization committed to positively transforming the dialogue and imaging of African Americans through content and community engagement.
He is a graduate of Columbia College at Columbia University.

Robert J. White
Mr. White serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, responsible for all operational and accounting functions. Prior to joining Advent Capital Management, Mr. White was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, managing a client service team within their Prime Brokerage business. He supervised a team responsible for the operational support, technology implementation, reporting, and relationship management of 100 plus hedge fund clients. His earlier experience includes AVP at Lehman Brothers, in the capacity of product controller within their equity division. In addition, Mr. White worked in the investment accounting group at Equitable Life Insurance. Mr. White started his career as an auditor for Ernst and Young.He is a graduate of Bucknell University. Mr. White has 30 years of industry experience.

Scott Reid
Mr. Reid serves as Chief Operating Officer responsible for new business strategies and management of the client advisory and investor relations group. Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Reid served as a senior advisor to Thayer Street Partners, an early stage private growth capital investment. Between 2010 and 2014 Mr. Reid held the role of President at One East Capital where he held responsibility for the non-investing activities of the firm including marketing, investor relations, risk management and operations. Prior to One East Capital, Mr. Reid served as a Managing Director and Partner at Auda International between 1999 and 2009, a global alternatives investment firm, where he led the firm’s hedge fund group. Scott started his investment career in 1996 working internationally in sales and trading.He received a BA from the University of Virginia and an MA from the John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (“SAIS”). Mr. Reid has over 20 years of industry experience.

Odell Lambroza
Mr. Lambroza serves as Chief Investment Strategist and co-portfolio manager of the Advent Global Partners and Advent Vega strategies. Prior to joining Advent in 2001, Mr. Lambroza was Head of Convertibles and Equity Derivatives at Société Générale. Previously, he managed the convertible sales and trading departments at HSBC Securities and Bankers Trust. Mr. Lambroza began his career in the Convertible Securities Department at Merrill Lynch, where he spent nine years working with Advent’s Founder, Mr. Maitland. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Lambroza served as Vice President of Convertible Trading, Structured Equity Derivative Products and Asset Swaps. Mr. Lambroza graduated from Cornell University.

Kathleen Olin
Ms. Olin joined Advent in December 2021 and serves as General Counsel, responsible for legal and compliance functions. Prior to joining Advent, Ms. Olin served as the General Counsel and Global Chief Compliance Officer at Aperture Investors, LLC, a start-up, multi-strategy asset management firm. Between 2012 and 2019, Ms. Olin held the role of Deputy General Counsel and Global Chief Compliance Officer at Indus Capital Partners, LLC, a multi-billion dollar global investment management firm focused on Asia and Emerging Markets. Prior to Indus, Ms. Olin was the sole legal and compliance counsel at Zimmer Lucas Partners, LLC, a U.S. energy focused investment management firm. Before Zimmer, Ms. Olin spent over a decade at the law firm Seward & Kissel in New York and 3 years at the law firm Gardner, Carton and Douglas in Chicago. Ms. Olin graduated with an A.B. in English and Political Science from Duke University and a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School. Ms. Olin has over 20 years of industry experience.

Karen Lamensdorf
Ms. Lamensdorf serves as Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Advent in 2018, Ms. Lamensdorf spent more than 10 years at Kingdon Capital as Head of Human Resources. Previously, Ms. Lamensdorf served as Head of Human Resources/Chief Administrative Officer of AQR Capital and served as the Business Partner for the Finance Division for 15 years at Goldman Sachs. She began her career at American Express. Ms. Lamensdorf is a graduate of Columbia Business School where she earned her MBA and received a Bachelor of Science from American University. Ms. Lamensdorf has 35 years of industry experience.
