Tracy V. Maitland
Mr. Maitland serves as President and Chief Investment Officer of Advent Capital Management, LLC.
Prior to founding Advent, Mr. Maitland was a Director in the Convertible Securities Department in the Capital Markets Division at Merrill Lynch. As the major distribution link between investors and issuers, Mr. Maitland had a unique advantage in investing and trading in the convertible market due to Merrill Lynch’s preeminent position in convertibles. While at Merrill Lynch for 13 years, Mr. Maitland advised institutions on investing in specific convertible issues in their respective convertible, fixed income and equity portfolios. The extensive investment knowledge that Mr. Maitland developed at Merrill Lynch inspired him to create Advent Capital Management, LLC in order to satisfy the growing demand for investment expertise in convertible securities and other parts of the capital structure that are influenced by convertible valuations such as high yield and bank debt.
Mr. Maitland previously served on the Columbia Board of Visitors, and the Studio Museum of Harlem. He now serves on the Board of Directors at the ASPCA, the Apollo Theater, and the NYSE: Listed Advent mutual funds. Tracy is a graduate of Columbia College at Columbia University.

Kris T. Haber
Mr. Haber serves as Chief Operating Officer of Advent Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Haber oversees non-investment functions including business development, investor relations and risk management as well as firm strategy and execution.
Mr. Haber is the Chairman of Advent’s Risk Management Committee and is a member of the firm’s Management and Compliance committees.
Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Haber was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of Presidio Capital, LLC. Prior to Presidio Capital, from 2009 to 2011, he served as President of Threadneedle Investments North America, LLC, a traditional asset manager and Global Head of Absolute Return Strategies for Threadneedle Asset Management, LLC.
From 1995 to 2009, Mr. Haber held various management roles at Lazard Asset Management, LLC where most recently, he was Managing Director and Head of Alternative Investments. He began his career in the investment field in 1993.

Kris T. Haber

Robert J. White, CPA
Mr. White serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, responsible for all operational and accounting functions.
Prior to joining Advent Capital Management, Mr. White was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, managing a client service team within their Prime Brokerage business. He supervised a team responsible for the operational support, technology implementation, reporting, and relationship management of 100 plus hedge fund clients. His earlier experience includes AVP at Lehman Brothers, in the capacity of product controller within their equity division. In addition, Mr. White worked within the investment accounting group at Equitable Life Insurance. Mr. White started his career as an auditor for Ernst and Young.

Robert J. White, CPA
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Lambroza serves as Chief Investment Strategist and is a portfolio manager of the Global Opportunity strategies and all vehicles that execute the strategy including Transamerica Event Driven.
Prior to joining Advent in 2001, Mr. Lambroza was Head of Convertibles and Equity Derivatives at Société Générale. Previously managed the convertible sales and trading departments at HSBC Securities and Bankers Trust. Mr. Lambroza began his career in the Convertible Securities Department at Merrill Lynch, where he spent nine years working with Advent’s founder, Mr. Maitland. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Lambroza served as Vice President of Convertible Trading, Structured Equity Derivative Products and Asset Swaps.

Principal, Chief Investment Strategist
Mr. Reid serves as Chief of Staff and Strategy of Advent Capital Management, LLC.
Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Reid served as a senior advisor to Thayer Street Partners, an early stage private growth capital investment. Between 2010 and 2014 Mr. Reid held the role of President at One East Capital where he held responsibility for the non-investing activities of the firm including marketing, investor relations and operations. Prior to One East Capital, Mr. Reid served as a Managing Director and Partner at Auda International between 1999 and 2009, a global alternatives investment firm, where he led the firm’s hedge fund group. Scott started his investment career in 1996 working internationally in sales and trading.

Edward C. Delk
Mr. Delk serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He has extensive experience in organizing and supporting the operation and compliance of mutual funds, closed-end funds, private funds, UCITS and other investment vehicles, as well as counseling registered investment advisers.
Prior to joining Advent in 2012, Mr. Delk served as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at the private equity firm Insight Venture Partners. Before joining Insight, Mr. Delk was Associate General Counsel at TIAA-CREF, where he prepared organizational, disclosure and transactional documents for registered investment companies, variable products and hedge funds. Mr. Delk was previously a Principal in the Legal Department of The Vanguard Group, where he supported new product development in addition to providing legal, compliance and transactional support to mutual funds, exchange traded funds, UCITS and hedge funds. Before joining Vanguard, Mr. Delk worked in private practice law firms Clifford Chance, LLP, Schulte, Roth & Zabel LLP and K&L Gates LLP advising and representing registered investment advisers, registered investment companies and private funds concerning the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws.
