Advent acts as an investment adviser to the Advent Convertible and Income Fund, a registered closed-end investment company offered on the Guggenheim Investments platform. As of August 27, 2018, the Advent Claymore Global Convertible Securities & Income Fund II and Advent/Claymore Enhanced Growth & Income Fund have been merged into the Advent Convertible and Income Fund. The fund invests across the capital structure and benefits from Advent’s rigorous research process and disciplined portfolio construction.

Advent serves as the investment adviser to the Advent Convertible Bond ETF (ACVT), a registered exchange traded fund listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as of April 30, 2025. The fund is an enhanced fixed income solution designed to deliver total return through a combination of income and capital appreciation. The fund invests in convertible securities with a lower delta, generally meaning reduced sensitivity to equity market movements. ACVT serves as a differentiated strategy that complements the defensive portion of a portfolio, designed to offer a balance of income generation, capital growth potential, and wealth preservation.
